With fifteen years of service delivery and program management experience,  Jim is responsible for operations and service delivery for all Horizon colocation and hosting clients.  After we reach agreement on your custom business terms via a signed quote for your project, Jim and his team ensure a smooth transition to the Master Services Agreement, and then to implementation and start up.
