Our centers are Tier III, with some Tier IV attributes, as classified by The Uptime Institute (please see individual data center pages for specifications). Building on the quality physical instrastructure of the data centers, our phillosophy is to add expert services and provide support to ensure efficient and effective IT services delivery to our customers and their customers.
We provide usable SAS 70 II audits and work with clients on audit and PCI, SOX, HIPPAA and other compliance measures.
Additionally, we put our datacenters throught the Commissioning process, testing the centers holistically to ensure proper performance at maximum demand load. It's an added expense, but one we undertake to ensure your success in our facilities.
