The challenge

The Corporate Finance group of utility giant TXU needed a method to track and maintain the company’s many regulatory and debt compliance issues.

The solution

Square Seven created FinDocCom, a comprehensive intranet application that allows TXU to manage the many details and compliance issues regarding their debt instruments.

The comprehensive FinDocCom system: 

• Manages all details required for TXU to ensure that it remains in compliance with changing regulations ·
• Features a built-in calendar that tracks important compliance dates and sends reminder messages to key personnel 
• Maintains a database of all banks and financial contacts, and automatically creates letters and officer certificates that must be mailed quarterly

Since its inception in 1999, Square Seven has provided TXU with numerous upgrades and two major revisions to this robust intranet system.
