The challenge

Do IT Smarter provides services to help technology value-added resellers (VARs) improve profitability by becoming managed service providers (MSPs). In order to improve the productivity of their sales team, the company needed a proposal automation solution that would integrate and extend the power of an existing CRM application.

The solution

Square Seven provided Do IT Smarter with an automated proposal system that seamlessly integrates data from their existing CRM system. Based on our extremely flexible Enterprise Proposal Management Center (EPMC), Do IT Smarter’s new proposal solution automates the process of proposal development, allowing their sales team to leverage the most up-to-date proposal content, while avoiding costly errors and responding quickly to new business opportunities.

The company’s sales professionals can now quickly generate dynamic proposals based on selected customer survey responses. Proposals can also be further edited and reviewed before being returned into their existing CRM application.
